A Few Things To Note!
UPON ARRIVAL
All dogs must be on a leash or in a carrier when bringing them into the salon.
GROOMING TIME
We like to estimate that bath dogs take about 2 hours and dogs getting full grooms (hair trims and baths) take about 3 to 5 hours (especially for very large dogs or pets with a large number of mats).
However, we understand that some dogs get especially anxious. Upon request, we will try our best to accommodate any nervous or elderly dogs by expediting their grooming service, in order to get them ready for pickup as soon as possible (this may be more difficult for larger dogs, as they take longer to dry). In regards to elderly dogs, our groomers and bathers are trained to know when elderly dogs may need a break during the grooming process. This may add to the total time of grooming but helps keep your pet comfortable and calm. Lastly, we will give you a call or text as soon as your pet is ready!
APPOINTMENTS
Changing an appointment time or date may be done over the phone or via our appointment booking portal.
CANCELLATIONS
Please give us at least a 24-hour notice for an appointment cancellation or change.
If you are more than 20 minutes late to your drop-off time, we may have to reschedule your appointment to another day, so please give us a call in advance so that we may make accommodations.
