We love celebrating our clients and their pets — and we take this seriously. Here's our policy:

Photos of pets only

We may take and use photos of your pet for our website, social media accounts (@bark_andpurrgrooming), and marketing materials. We only use photos of pets without identifiable people in frame — or where the pet is clearly the subject — without additional consent beyond general agreement to our services.

Photos that include you

If a photo includes your face or other identifying features, we will always ask for your explicit permission before using it publicly. We will never post a photo that includes a person without their clear consent. If you see a photo of yourself on our website or social media that you did not consent to, please contact us immediately and we will remove it.

Your right to opt out

If you prefer that we not photograph your pet or use any photos of your pet for marketing purposes, simply let us know at any time — at check-in, by phone, by text, or by email — and we will flag your account accordingly.

Removing existing photos

If you would like a photo of your pet removed from our website or social media, contact us at info@barkandpurrgrooming.com and we will remove it promptly.

5. SMS & Text Messaging

We use text messaging to send you appointment reminders, confirmations, and service updates through our Sage AI assistant system.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. You may receive appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and follow-up messages after your visit.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier messaging rates apply to all text messages.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any text message from us at any time to stop receiving SMS messages. Reply HELP for assistance.

Carriers: We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues.

By providing your mobile number and booking an appointment, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to your appointments. For promotional text messages, we will obtain your separate consent.

We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

MyTime (booking & scheduling)

We use MyTime to manage appointments, client profiles, and payment processing. Your booking information, pet records, and payment data are processed through MyTime's platform. See MyTime's Privacy Policy.

Our phone system and text messaging (including our Sage AI assistant) run on Twilio's communication platform. Call recordings, transcripts, and SMS messages are processed through Twilio. See Twilio's Privacy Policy.

Google Analytics & Google Fonts
