T.A.I.L.S. = Total Coat Condition · Anatomy Scan · Itch & Irritation · Listen to Their Body · Spirit & Temperament. Five quick checks, done once per visit, that become the report the client sees in their account.
1. Overall Zen Scale

Pick the one rating that best sums up the whole visit:

🌿 Peak Zen 💚 Good Vibes 👀 Worth Watching 💛 Needs Some Love 🩺 Vet Visit Time
2. The 5 Dimensions — rate each one + a quick note
TTotal Coat Condition
Mats, shedding, skin/coat health overall.
AAnatomy Scan
Lumps, bumps, ears, eyes — anything worth a second look.
IItch & Irritation
Scratching, redness, hot spots.
LListen to Their Body
Stiffness, limping, anything about how they moved or held themselves.
SSpirit & Temperament
Mood and behavior during the visit.
Each dimension gets its own rating AND its own short note — the note is what the client actually reads. Be specific ("a little stiff getting on the table") rather than generic ("fine").
The Steps, In Order
Known gap — don't rely on this yet: the photo-attach button doesn't currently work (confirmed 2026-09-24). Fill out the whole report as normal and publish it — the report itself is real and reaches the client — just skip trying to attach a photo until this is fixed.
Where the client sees it

Once published, it shows up in their account under their pet's wellness report — same tiers, same 5 dimensions, same notes, with your name under "Signed with love by." If a report is still in draft, they see "still being prepared" instead — so an unsigned/unpublished report is genuinely invisible to them, not a partial view.
