1. Who We Are
Bark & Purr Pet Grooming & Boarding ("Bark & Purr," "we," "us") operates at 803 E. Main St, Suite D, Allen, TX 75002. By booking our services, visiting our shop, or opting into our text-message program, you agree to these terms.
2. SMS / Text Message Program Terms
Program description
The Bark & Purr messaging program sends transactional, appointment-related service messages (such as appointment reminders, pet-ready-for-pickup notices, grooming report notifications, and payment links) to customers who have opted in. No marketing or promotional messages are sent under this program.
Opt-in
You opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our online booking form, or by providing your number and verbal consent in-store. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies; typically 1–4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-out and help
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately. You will receive one final confirmation message.

Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.
Carrier disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments may be booked online or by phone. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as you can — it lets us offer the spot to another pet. Repeated no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.
4. Pet Health & Safety
Your pet's wellbeing comes first. We may pause or modify a service if a pet shows signs of stress, or decline a service where health or safety is a concern. Please tell us about any health conditions, sensitivities, or behavioral history before your appointment so we can care for your pet properly.
5. Payment
Payment is due at pickup unless otherwise arranged. Pricing is based on breed, coat condition, size, and services selected; we will always communicate any price adjustment before performing additional work.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of our services or messaging program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
