Whether you're a loyal customer or new, our VIP Program is designed to reward you for choosing us as your preferred grooming destination and to ensure your pup is always looking picture ready!

How to Join Our VIP Program

All you have to do is review each offering below and see which one works best for you.  To look up your price range, see the table below.  Just click on the GOLD "Sign me up" Button on any of the tabs and fill out your VIP Form.  Once you do that, you tell us what day of the week and time work best for you and we take care of scheduling you out for a full year.   Can't make an appointment?  Just call us at least 24 hours in advance and you get a 10 day reschedule grace period at no extra charge.  Think of it this way, you pre-book your pets personal care appointments once then you get reminders on when to show up. Besides not ever having to worry about remembering to make appointments again is that you will become a part of the Bark and Purr VIP Family, with your own VIP Coordinator and get free Upgrades, Special Rewards, Spa Perks, and access to special events for you and your Paw family.

FAQ's

1. Do I have to sign a contract? 
No you do not. Just let us know what package you want and we will pre-serve you for a year, but there is no fee if you cancel, just let us know you would like to be taken off the program!

2. What happens if I can't make my assigned appointment?
Not a problem, just text us to reschedule it for you.

3. What if I just want to commit to a Freshen Up or Bath and Nails but want to do a Full Groom instead that month?
Not a problem, you get a 10% discount on any additional services that day, so we take 10% off the price of the Groom.

4. What do you mean by premium scheduling and personalized service?
As a VIP, you get a VIP Coordinator to help you arrange appointments and handle any special requests.  This means we ensure you get scheduled in advance and that if you have to change anything we are here to help you.  You just have to email info@barkandpurrgrooming.com 

5. Can my whole family and furry kids be a part of the VIP Portrait for full groom VIPs?
Absolutely!  Your family, your photo - a Holiday photoshoot in December.

6. What kind of Special Events will you be hosting?
We have two goals for our VIPs:  Education and Fun.  Expect Subject Matter Experts to present topics on Training, Nutrition, Behavioral Issues, Proper between grooming care and any other topics that might interest you.  As for fun, we will be hosting a Puppy Painting Class, Mani/Pedi Social for you and your pup, and photoshoot sessions.

7. What if something were to happen to my pet or it has health issues and can't be groomed, do I still have to pay if I can't come?
If Medical Issues are keeping you from coming, then no - we will not enforce your contract, it's not the right thing to do!
