** If you pup is highly matted and it can be combed out, there is a minimum $20 Dematting fee and increases based on time required to completely dematt the pup at $10 per 10 minute increment. You will be notified of an estimate upon check-in or we will call you during the bathing process.

We use special Shampoo, Conditioner and leave in spray to make the dematting process as pain free as possible for your Pup.
