IF MY PET NEEDS TO GO TO THE VET, WILL YOU TAKE THEM?
If your pet gets sick under our care, we will notifity you and take them to the vet for you if that is what you want us to do.
DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH RARE OR EXOTIC PETS?
No, services are limited to Cats and Dogs
HOW MANY DOGS DO YOU WALK AT ONCE?
Unless the dogs belong to the same family and are of similar size, we walk each dog individually a minimum of two-three times a day during the time they are boarding with us.
MY PET HAS ALLERGIES AND IS VERY ITCHY, CAN YOU TREAT THAT?
Yes, we have hypoallergenic shampoos as well as Oatmeal baths that help your pet feel better and alleviate the itchiness.
DO YOU TAKE WALK-INS?
Though we prefer you make an appointment, we do take walk-ins if we have room to accomodate you and your pet.
DO YOU BATHE CATS AND TRIM THEIR NAILS?
Yes, we love cats! We are able to bathe, deshedd, and trim your cats nails.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY DOG GROOMED
If you have an appointment, a full grooming takes anywhere from 2-5 hours (depending on the size of the dog, the state of their hair, etc.). We will call you when your pet is ready for pick up.
MY DOG IS OLDER AND HAS HEALTH ISSUES, DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH GERIATRIC DOGS?
Yes, we have a lot of experience with geriatric dogs and take the necessary time and precautions to ensure that they are handled with extra care.
